Returns
Do take note: returns are not good for any business; therefore, we take extra care at providing the best products, allow you ample time to check and confirm the item you want to purchase before you make payment. Where there is clear evidence of malfunctionality of system not due to your error, mishandling, etc., return can be the only option.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned the next working day. Where you received your item after ordering online without appearing in person, you have 5 days within which to return the item for consideration for a refund.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to errors from us will not be eligible for returns.
Refunds (when applicable)
After confirmation of proof of purchase from us, and if request for refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and funds paid into your provided bank account or payment option.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ₦50,000 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Or you can contact us to arrange for a safe shipping option for your returns.
